Because I can't find a stock 460 dipstick anywhere, I adapted a chevy dipstick which has to be inserted an exact sorta way. Well, a "buddy" of mine didn't insert the dipstick the "exact" way and I guess my Pete Jackson drive gear ate up about three inches of my dipstick. So, I changed the
oil and filter, and cut the filter apart. I didn't find any metal, but I did find an amount of silver/white soft flakey material. Do you think it's main bearing material?
