Probably buying one that is properly equipped for your needs is more economical than the one with the biggest discount.
A wells cargo is an excellent choice---there frame rails are ret tubing instead of channel.
Another good choice is a Featherlite

Whatever, get 4 wheel brakes, beavertale floor, ramp door,side door and at least 4 feet longer than you think you need. If you order a trailer you can spec where the axles are located which is vital for balance of rig with car loaded in it so you don't place your tow rig into unstable loading scenerio
