onefastmustang posted last week that there were some SB100 sequence numbers left. As of this morning, the DMV's web page still hadn't been updated, so that's a good sign.
As soon as you have your MSO and recepts in hand, you can submit your paperwork. Best of luck. Either way, you'll be on the road in no time.
