I have a 06 gmc denali, I am going to use my friends 20' trailer w/elec brakes. The dealer told me I would have to hard wire a electric brake kit into the wire harness. I was also told by a few people that they make a plug in kit that works by just pluging it in to the fuse box and harness connecters ?????I was also told that you have to push a button to activate the brakes while driving, which to me makes no sence.......Any help would be great ....
