If you take your Cobra to Europe next summer, especially in Germany, they love you, cause they know these cars. I don't think they race the old 20KM course anymore, but on the new GP Nurburgring track south of the town. Bear in mind this was a street course converted to a track. I helped pit and tire test in the 1968 race for the Hawkins team FAV/GT401074 and rode the trarck with a mechanic at speed. I also think the local law enforcement will take a dim view of your screaming thru Adenau, Nurburg, and the other villages in a side piped Cobra, but a Porsche rental you might just get away with it. Save me a flippy for my next trip over there.
