How about limiting the number of characters allowed in a signature? Some of them, while entertaining to read, are getting a bit lengthy. The long ones are often several times longer than the posts that they accompany!
I'm not trying to step on anyone's toes. I know that many of the long ones are done with tongue-in-cheek. It's just getting to be a bit much. Just a thought.
