Hey Keith,

It was great meeting you at the Kirkham summit, then a good dinner. And, then lunch at the airport.

You are a good man for doing this for your friend in his time of need. I have 2 kids and this would devistate me. My thoughts and prayers are with Cameron's family and you too because I can tell there's a big loss for you too.

I just paypal'd for 3 tickets. (I cancelled the previous paypal and used the one you sent below.
