I get my daily dose of SCOF e-mails. I read the article in SCOF about the upper rear shock mount being rather weak and dangerous before it was redesigned somewhere around car 1640 or so (check the SCOF site for acurate details).

I just got the new brackets. You could use them to tie down an aircraft carrier to a dock. Will be installing them soon.

Your title should not say "rear end mounting" ... its really a new bracket for the top mount of the rear shocks.
