my understanding is the outside fan(s) are "pushers" and blow the fresh air thru the radiator from outside towards engine. Conversely, the inside fan(s) should be 'pullers' and pulling the air from the outside of the car thru the radiator. You should be able to correct the inside fan to be a 'puller' by reversing your electrical connections which should reverse the air flow/direction of the fan blades. . Bill.
