Default How much torque is honestly to much?

I know what most of you will say....that you can never have to much hp or torque and I'm an ole muscle head and truly understand. But realistically what is the limits of the SPF other than the transmission? Such as Dana differential, half shafts, etc. When would you say that you've reach that point that you have to baby the pedal to keep from boiling the tires. I currently have the 351w 385hp but I am seriously considering going stroker or possibly just update my heads with Keith Craft Brodix heads cutting down to get compression around 10:1 and a little more cam. I've seen improvements of up to 470hp and 430 ftlbs of torque with similar combinations. Would I be happy or would I wished I'd build that 427 dart block 550hp and torque? Keep in mind this car as long as I own it will never be tracked. I just want to get my nuts off even more than I do in its present configuration. Thanks!
