I found the Dec 2000 referenced post/ thread and read it. It would appear from your current comments that you have only recently been deposed, then there has not been a finality to the suit is my take on this ? Guess maybe a final ruling would determine whether you won or lost, once the litigation is ruled on , correct ? It seems like you have already determined the outcome in your own mind. Guess I am missing something outside of your frustration. I have not had any dealings with either but have only read positives about DV so can't comment personally. As my pappy used to say: " there are 3 sides to every story...yours...mine...and the facts" . In my dealings with law suits (as a corporate bystander or participant during my working days...I am NOT a lawyer) I never passed judgement til all sides were heard, never drew a conclusion based on only one set of depositions and found that the judges many times made decisions different than my own conclusions. My pappy also used to say: "peace, love and harmony". Good luck in your quest. Bill.
