Anybody know Kelly Bynum from Colorado Springs? He used to own front range classics? I bought a cobra kit from him over 8 yrs ago and I'm finally done the kit. I send everything to the state, but he never signed the title so the state rejected everything!!!!!!! I working on information that over 8 yrs old and I live in NJ so any info would be appreciated. Thanks
