Just because they are vendors doesn't mean their info isn't valuable. I have heard from a BDR dealer who defends his product fiercely.

Still haven't heard from any SPF dealer about why theirs is better. Maybe I have, but I don't remember it.

Jay has my business if I decide to go in that direction. If he is willing to give up alot of his time in order to help others AND promote his product, he must be a go-to guy (haven't heard anything to the contrary about his operation from anyone on this forum) The deciding factor for me will be how I feel in the driver's seat in either car. Everything else I can deal with. But, for me, the driving position is very important.

My FFR fits me like a glove. That's what I want in my next car too.

And, because there is no BDR dealer less than 600 miles away from me, I will choose the one that will set it up right from the get go. No do-overs if I get a BDR. Minor things I can fix myself. Major flaws will require shipping the car.

So, all things considered, I need to park my butt in both of them and see which one fits best. The money will be about even if I outfit the BDR the same as the SPF, so that won't be the deciding factor.
If the FFR fits you like a glove and that's the most important criteria in choosing a car, why change? Just stay with the FFR. Why mess with success? I'm trying to be objective here and support your decision making process.
