Correct the surge tank is the highest point of the system. The surge tank, must be the original FULL setup, because there is only one filler line (right under the rad cap), like i had mentioned. There are NO additional holes i'm leaving out. One on the surge tank and one on the top of my radiator. Great idea about the caps, they are currently both 16 lb caps. I will go with a higher pressure cap on the radiator in hopes to keep the coolant from pouring out of the filler line. Thanks
