Talking Help with 418 stroker engine/trans for UK Cobra

Hi

I am currently rebuilding my Magnum Cobra here in the UK and am looking for some advice.

I have started an engine assembly based upon a 351W with a Coast High Performance 418 stroker kit and Probe 22cc dished pistons.

I have looked at AFR heads and qustion whether for a mixed road/track car that the 225 heads would be too much and I would be better going with the 205?

What would be the best cam, inlet manifold and carb for the setup usng a Tremec TK600 box and Jaguar/Quaife limited slip differential with a 3.33:1 or similar ratio?

Would also appreciate advice on using a throw out hydraulic clutch release mechanism as opposed to a standard slave cylinder with pushrod & lever.

Advice/experience/guidance much appreciated.

BTW this engine is replacing an Edelbrock 343 stroked 302 as I am looking for more power - over 500 horses.
