Who made you do that Stiffness?

I'm sure Enkelmans told me when I was done with engineering the two blade wiper option was back.

Am equally sure Bernie at best just tested my widdling boys and wipers whilst he was brake testing.

He certainly didn't do any review, measurement or so forth in the factory, as I was there through the whole assessment process.

I guess they probably react to VicRoads specific issues and needs from time to time.
