Meteorolgy isn't an exact science----

and then there is the difinations----scattered, less than 50%, different scattered layers can add up to broken and then on to overcast!!!!

Chance of-----well, thats a hard one

Percentage???? % will happen, % won't---if it doesn't happen, what will???

I taught metorology for 2 years, flew for 40 and found that the big difference between flying and being in one place was that in flying, just looked for possibility of what the weather would be for a few minutes/hours, and like in racing or boating, what the weather would be like for hours or days in one spot
