If you have no noise and 45psi at idle I can assure you your bearings are fine. Bad bearings will drop your oil pressure and create a tell-tale noise that increases with RPM -- it's a whack/rap noise that even if you've never heard it before you'd recognize it as something that shouldn't be there. Do yourself a favor and quit thinking about this -- take your wife out to dinner instead.
