Ask if they will excempt you from this issue. You will carry the plate in the trunk. Here comes the fun part if they don't. Do you have an oil cooler in the front of the car, it's under the opening for the radiator? If not, they sell a flip out front plate holder, that lays flat and pops up with the flick on a switch. Guys used them on custom cars and trucks, Guessing they are about $120.00. You can drive the cops nuts with this.
