I just wanna ask some of you chevy guys here, a non cobra related question.

The Chevy 267 engine, it has same stroke as 350 but smaller bore size. Does it have enough wall thickness to rebore to 4.00" and run as a 350ci motor?
Is there any major flaws to this other than just getting a 350 block?
Will performance SBC engine part work with this engine.
Im asking this for a friend, im not a chevy guy really.
