If you are referring to the first small block V 8 the 265 then 350 inches is not possible. The 265 was a very different casting than the old 350. I am saying old because the newest 350 or SB2 also has casting changes. The short answer is no but blocks are cheap and many available.
While I believe the strength and popularity of the chebbie small block was its ability to mix and match internals the generation of these internals is a consideration. The 265 engine did not incorporate an
oil filter as just a quick way to identify. Crankshaft and block changes were needed to get stroke and bore variations but all with 2 crank generations of small or large bearing diameters. Playing with rod lengths, bore and stroke the internal balanced assembly allows many possible bolt together options.
As the cubic inch displacement of the engine got bigger 265 - 283 - 302 -327 with small crank pins (generation changes) = 327 with bigger crank pins - 350 - 400. There were also some other versions with a mix of internals or block casting = 305 - 307.
