Keith Craft advertises a 427 Windsor that produces 580 HP for $11,495. I'm sure this maybe slightly conservative, in order to match this number on a regular basis, but it can be tweaked upwards too.

There are other engine builders out there, so I'm sure this could be duplicated by others.
