Sorta going through the same thing right now. I used an ohm meter and the rear is the neutral and the center is reverse. Fortes Ford parts sells a brass plug for the neutral saftey switch if you don't intend to use it. As for the pins that extend out for the reverse lights, You can use the old style plastic angle plugs I think from a GM (gasp) oil sending unit. Get 2 of them and wire it in with some shrink tube. This is what I was told. I did'nt get a chance to do it yet.
