Or take the one you have to a local Napa (or other autoparts counter) where the attendant will let you go in the back and pull off the rack what might work. I do this all the time and locate the hose with the right diameter and bends, then simply cut to length. Also, I believe the lower hose has a steel coil inside to prevent it from sucking closed, so make sure you install that inside any replacement.
