Roscoe ... just more change we can believe in . Looks like I`ll be carrying my manrikigusari more now .... and a good thing I had a good Sensei on that one .
It would probably outlaw almost all knives as I have yet to find a knife that couldn`t be opened with one hand if you worked at it . I knew a man who was a dog handler in the army and he was able to cock a Army issue Colt 45 with one hand as he said it was a necessity when running the dog on a lead with the other hand . I didn`t believe him until he showed me several times ... and I still can`t do it .
