After NK fires their 4th of July Missile towards Hawaii.....

" We are sorry to see NK launch a missle at this time. We acknowledge the right of NK to defend themselves, but the United States is not, in anyway, going to use any type of military action against NK. We petition the UN Security Council to issue a stern warning, but not too stern, to NK that this is not a neighborly thing to do. We ask NK to please not launch anymore missles toward the United States."
