Default Low profile trunk jack

Out on a run today with a few of the members of the Utah Cobra club. Whilst cursing along my left rear tire deflated. It appeared to be a nail puncture. With a flat tire the frame is only 2" off the ground. To get the car up a bit higher we had to roll the tire onto some flat stones for a scissor jack to clear.

An Electric Scissor Jack looks cool, but don't know if it's low enough. The jack from the mustang worked ok, but had a short crank that was really hard to trun under the car.

A jack, plug kit, and a small compressor might be a handy thing...

Question... What have any of you done out there for a jack?
