The only difference right to left is the right hand manifold is drilled and tapped for the choke heat riser, they have the same part number. I believe the apparently anodized part shown in the picture may be incorrect because the original heat riser fitting was steel. This is in relation to the cast log manifolds.
I did see a very early narrow hip car in 1966 that had a fabricated shorty tube header from Shelby American. I was told that they went to the log manifold to reduce costs on regular production street cars.
