believe me, i know.
had to flatbed my SPF to the state trooper TWICE two years ago when going through my own hellish experience. for sure pays to go first with paperwork, vs. waste your time 1st time. and be prepared to kiss ass. yes sir, no sir. my trooper was a meat head who hated new yorkers, cool cars, the works. in the end, i got it titled (as a '65!), after all the long pain and suffering. and yes, MA sucks in many ways. borderline socialist state.
i do like relaxing there on the weekends, though.
