Smile ny registration and inspection
i am looking into a diy replica, i live in NY as well. i was wondering about the whole inspection and registration process myself. do you have to take the car to a state dmv station and have it inspected by a state inspector? and are they concerned about emissions? cats or egr? thanks,scott
