I agree w/cbill that you could make a Constitutional stand. After all, it's the principle that counts. When you are guilty the advice goes that you should argue the law. seems that Cbill has your back on this issue. Maybe he is an atty? How about you make the test case that will help others in the country? Maybe CC could take up a collection for your defense. That is, if you need financing. cbill could be your atty?
