Hi Guys,
I've also been looking at possible transportation options Perth to Melbourne and back again as I've been looking into the feasibility of taking my Cobra to the Nationals this year...
A very good friend and I went the the Nationals last year for the 1st time and had an absolute ball and it would be fantastic to take my own car along this year!
I called Jayde and they will only take cars Perth to Melb and not back (Melb to Perth) as they are not a car carrying business, just a freight company that wants to take advantage of going back East with light loads...
They quoted about $700 inc GST for a car Per - Melb in a curtain sided truck/rail container.
From my perspective, if I'm going to send my car across, I'll only do it with specialist car carrier as the risk of damage to my car is just not worth it!
