The Tremec calls for GM Synchromesh (spelling?) fluid. I've been using Redline MTL with good results.

If you have an oil cooler you might want to consider a lighter oil, maybe 5W-30. There is a lot of hose and hardware to go through. Use the lightest oil that will give you the pressure you desire.
