Hello.
Lot's of options here.. Change of pump is near, but I hope to do one more check before I give this one up.
This setup does have a return- line/ bypass. The pump then runs on full steam at all times. (1/2" return line, 3/8" feed line from/ to regulator).
I did have some particles trapped in my fuel- filter (75? microns) when i opened it, and some of the pump- noice might be caused by trapped debris? I'll open up and inspect when I change my tank..... Have welded one with a catch- tank at the rear/ bottom to be sure the pump get what it need even when tank is 1/4 full.
