Two years ago, a mate of mine decided to build a 5 million mansion overlooking Port Hacking in Sydney. It was a difficult. deep waterfront block and there were two building cranes working on the site.

I'm sure if you paid $5M for your Cobra build it would have been finished in double quick time. What's the problem?
I'll be feeling your pain soon Bernie. We just bought a one acre property out in Sunbury. Now I've got the opportunity to build my Garage Mahal. I'll be paying someone else to build this one as I don't have the time these days to do it myself.
