A few years back we were having a play with a 2 gauge smooth bore flint lock out at the range. This thing fires a 31mm lead ball or you can load it with shot.
It was a bit unreliable initially as the flint wasn't sparking properly. It was a good laugh though. You certainly knew when it went off.
