I found a cap at Kragen that has a vent hose attachment. Bought a foot of 3/8ths hose and a brass fitting with a 3/8 ths inch barb on it. All at Kragen for about $15.00. Drilled a 3/8ths inch hole in the bottom of my air cleaner. Installed the brass fitting and ran the hose from the vent cap to the air cleaner bottom. Viola......a closed vent system.
Will let you know if I fail the reinspection tomorrow.

Just curious. Are you not planning on running a PCV valve on your Roush? I think that a lot people do, so this may not be a big issue.
