Here's the valve covers I have:

Each has one opening for a "twist-in" breather like this:

I'm trying to find a straight tube adapter that will twist in the valve cover hole and let me clamp a K&N breather onto the tube:

The installation would appear very similar to the one in your picture.

I've had no luck finding an adapter like this so far, so I may just TIG a short piece of aluminum tubing (1-1/4 or 1-3/8"OD) over the valve cover openings for the appropriate size K&N breathers.

BTW, I have the PCV assembly from Gessford I posted....works great and it's a quality piece.
