Also note that the overall approval rating has taken an unprecedented nose dive in 7 months of complete ineptitude, corruption and lies.
After 5 years in office, Bush's Rasmussen Poll numbers were still higher than obummers are in 7 months. Both in overall approval and in the "strongly approve/disapprove" polls.
obamalumpas love to throw out the Bush name, so there another chance to bring up George.
G. W. Bushs 'honeymoon' (going below 55% approval according to Gallup) was over after 3 months. Obamas lasted about 6 months. Clinton was about 1 month. Ike was over 3 years! Maybe it is time to put another good and honourable man in the White House. We have not had one in a really long time.

Bushs poll numbers also went up pretty high after 9/11, and stayed pretty high (deservedly so IMHFO) until he decided to go into Iraq, then they gradually fell over the next few years. When Bush left office his Rasmussen rating was around -30. Comparing Bush after 5 years to Obama at 7 months is not a valid comparison. However, Bush did have a higher rating (though it was marginal) at the 7 month point than Obama.

It will be interesting to see who the GOP puts up against him, and how Obamas polls will look at that time.
