Doug and Rodney are correct...

I suggest that you start a new thread in the So Cal Cobra Club forum, requesting pointers to "SB100 Knowledgeable" DMV offices in your area, and then go from there. I suspect that not many are reading this thread, since it was started about the Amnesty Program.
