Ah yes, maybe I should have went with the big bore CSX block.
Oh, I know the size of my enigne. I wasn't 100% sure of the 482 bore and stroke without looking it up. Mine is a 527 as much as the 427 is a "427". So it is 526.xxx, 527 sounds cooler. But I did request more low end torque and less "revvy" probably did not not need to, but I didn't know. So we went with dual plane intake a Holley 950 carb (HP4150), hydraulic lifters, "milder" cam then it could have been and we got just short of 700 HP, 683 HP and 667 ft-lbs of torque (682.5 and 666.9) The torque number seems approriate for a Cobra and scary at the same time. . . . does 666 ft-lbs make it a "bad" car?
