Will the Porsche CV clear the original circular hole in the frame and is there an issue with driving and torquing the CV mounting bolts on car? It is very difficult to get torque on the standard 4 bolt flange because of minimal clearance.
There is adequate clearance to tighten the bolts and everything clears. Yes, we will supply a 6 bolt flange for your rear upright.

If you are changing to the 30 spline axles, (which I totally recommend!) then we should look into making the axle and the flange in 1 piece for maximum strength out of 17-4. That is the alloy we used on this Billet Chassis Car. Making the flange and axle in 1 piece will also allow us to make the axle as long as possible to reduce the angularity of the CVs. The part is a little more expensive, but it is vastly superior because you don't have to worry about the differential axle nut loosening (there isn't one).
