Hello Tim,
Yes I just went through it yesterday and soon I'll have my plates. On one valve cover you'll have your pcv valve plumbed to the intake manifold below the carb. On the other you'll have a closed breather plumbed to your air cleaner bottom or thereabouts. But first you'll have to get your brake and lights certificate then go to the CHP for your VIN. Going to the smog ref is last. That was my scenario anyway. Cliff
