Hi Steve,
Yes that's what I thought but as I was going through the hoops in May/June, they issued me 2009/462 and 10 days later received my proposed SB-100 number or whatever. Can't remember squat! I guess it was #462 out of 500. This year was a little special compared to others. Actually I read about the release of the last 40 numbers on this forum and voila, I got one. Cliff
