OBTW - the book did note that there were other distributor advance plates for different amounts of mechanical advance. From memory now - I think there was one that gave 26 deg mechanical at the crank. It was likely for the 2V and setting the initial at 10. I'm speculating, but that would make sense for a mild cam. It didn't say what rpm the other options came in at.

The book did not give any information on the Vacuum Advance. It did say that the 4V idled at 11" Hg vacuum. It is dissapointing that finding this type of information is so hard to come by.
