Depends on whether you want to emulate an early S/C or Comp...or a later S/C.

Early S/C and Comp had block and heads black, with alum water pump. ('65 vintage). I would leave the pump bare.

Later S/C ('66-67) could/would have Ford blue block, heads and water pump
