I would recomend five point harness if this is new installation.In the event of a sudden stop you will likely slide under the lap belt causing internal injury.If you google five point racing harness you will find plenty of good reading on this. I welded a mount for the submarine belt on to my chassis and had my upholsterer cut a slit in the seat and sew welting around the slit.The submarine belt has to be at the proper angle in relation from the mounting point to your chest,web sites will explain this.Finishline was my source for the roll bar mount.
