If you have visors are they horizontal, or sticking up? Try horz.

Was the windshield glass replaced, and if so, was it glued in, or was only a rubber seal used? Sealant may help.

I think there are screws from the side of the windshied frame that go into the bottom windshield frame piece. Are they tight?

Does the windshield bolt to the frame? If so, when the bolts are out, is there any clearance between the mounts and the frame? Solid shims (washers) may be needed between the windshield frame and frame mounting location vs letting the bolt pull the windshield frame to the car frame.

If that front weatherstripping is not glued down to the body, it will start flapping at speed. This flapping could cause the windshield to vibrate.
