We only put in 30 plants, this will be by hand. Not all will bare fruit, but my inspection last night showed a real nice "gold" spud.
I think we will can some and store the others. If you can keep them 45 degrees, they last a long time.
I think next year we will do Pontiac redskins. They are great with butter, garlic, parsley and salt. Lightly tumbled...yeah that's good.
