Mando,
The neighbours were as nice as pie before I started the project. It took 4 lots of plans for them to reject (the first couple were over the top I must admit) but they didn't want to agree on any of them. Their fruit tree's would be in the shade was the last straw. I then advised the Drafty to design it within the Council Guidlines (with some exceptions from the good neighbour) and they still rejected the plans. I advised them that THIS was within the regulations and it was going ahead. They went to the Council and tried to get the permit revoked. I then had to remove the cement sheeting (some might call it aspestos
and I advised the time and date for this. I also arranged for temp fencing as they have two fantastic dogs (real one's not the daughter) They called the council to complain when the professional removalist arrived. I would need another 5 threads to complete the story but I think you get the drift. It comes down to they lied about their plans to me, they just dont want anyone to develop around them as they have been there for 25 years and they treat it as theirs. It will affect their plans in the future.
We havent spoken since I threatened to build 4 units for drug rehab patients.
PCC,
The garage is on their border for 9 meters.
